Terms of service
Last updated: 5 October 2026.
1. Who we are
LCTester is provided by [Company name], [Address], [Country] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organisation.
2. The service
LCTester runs tests you describe in plain language against websites in cloud browsers and reports the results. We may improve, change or remove features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your team.
4. Your responsibilities
You may only test sites you own or are authorised to test, and you must follow our acceptable use policy. You are responsible for the test content and credentials you add, and for having the right to use them.
5. Plans, runs and payment
- Plans include a monthly run quota, a number of runs at once, a project limit and a recording retention period, as shown on our pricing section.
- Runs that fail on our side are not counted. The quota resets on the 1st (UTC).
- Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, and Polar’s terms apply to the payment itself. Taxes are handled by Polar.
- You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active to the end of the paid period.
6. Your data
You keep ownership of your content, including test content and the recordings and screenshots our service captures from your sites. You give us permission to process it to provide the service. See our privacy policy and data processing addendum.
7. Suspension and termination
We may block domains, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use policy, put others at risk, or do not pay. You can delete your team or account at any time in settings, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy.
8. Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is”. Test results come from an automated agent and may be wrong; do not rely on them as the only safeguard for critical systems. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of [Country]. Contact: support@[your-domain].
